The Good Backpack program aims to provide an affordable way for parents to purchase backpacks full of school supplies for their children. With the current state of the economy this program becomes increasingly important as people need to stretch their dollars further. This is a self-identified program for children in junior kindergarten to Grade 8 and backpacks are available for only $10 each.

Registration is ongoing until July 26. Contact Community Development Council or United Way of Quinte.
