Develop skills through volunteering

VIQ is committed to matching volunteers to agencies based on their interest and skill set. Many times, individuals would like to get involved but are unsure what is available or where to get started.
VIQ has more than 500 volunteer activities to choose from throughout Hastings and Prince Edward counties. You can choose to volunteer with seniors, youth, children, animals or participate in onetime events. You may have a skill to share or are looking to develop skills, build your resume or gain references. Volunteering is beneficial to you, community agencies and the individuals that depend on the hundreds of programs offered in our area. We have satellite offices in Madoc, Bancroft, Quinte West, Picton, Deseronto and Tyendinaga Township. And we pride ourselves on being able to help people find something they can be passionate about.
